Ahoy, women of Maine's waterways! Come ashore and spend the afternoon with us at Geary's and 1820 Brewing. We want to celebrate you and the Big Blue. Whether you work on the water or the water inspires your work, come raise a glass and get salty with your seafaring sisterhood. There will be music, art, comedy, storytelling, shopping, raffles and games. Snack on lobster rolls and sammies from Must Be Nice Lobster, and artisanal pretzels from Plot Twist while sipping on cold draught Geary’s, our gluten free beer, Ixnay, nonalcoholic craft brews from our sister company 1820 Brewing, or our homemade craft root beer. Join us at the brewery Sunday, July 17th @ 12-5 PM. Keep an eye on the weather. If the forecast for Sunday, July 16 is foul, the rain date will be the day BEFORE, Saturday, July 15. 10% of all proceeds will benefit the Maine Lobstermen’s Association.

Our tasting room and beer garden will be open for the season from 12-5 starting March 16th.

The Skowhegan Craft Brew Festival marks the unofficial close of summer, annually on the Saturday of Labor Day Weekend in historic downtown Skowhegan, Maine.

VIP hour (2-3 p.m.; requires VIP ticket) features specialty brews not available during the general tasting session, and VIP attendees will receive unlimited beverage samples from 2 to 7 p.m., a $5 food voucher, samples from food vendors specializing in local harvest, a souvenir T-shirt and tasting glass, and a swag bag.

Doors open for VIP hour at 1:30 p.m., with VIP food options served from 1:30 to 3 and brews poured from 2 to 3. The general session will begin at 3 and run until 7 p.m.

Please note: No one under age 21 will be admitted. ID is required to enter. No pets. No smoking or vaping.

Dennis O'Hagan's national Great Brewery Tour, which has been touring the US playing craft breweries from coast to coast since 2018, teams up with his son, Freak Mythology's Brad Wehlitz, for a series of shows as a duo. Both artists are multi-instrumentalist and will be trading off on guitar, bass, mandolin, lap steel, bouzouki, harp, and percussion, and harmonies on their own material, traditional Americana and Celtic tunes, punk folk, and eclectic covers that you don't expect to hear, but love. Also hear tales of their travels playing nearly 400 craft breweries throughout the U.S.

We are thrilled to join you at the Mallett Barn to enjoy beers from some of Maine’s favorite breweries.

Held in the historic Mallet Barn, Beers in the Barn supports Wolfe’s Neck Center in training the next generation of farmers, conducting climate smart agricultural research, and connecting people of all ages with their food, agriculture, and the environment.

Enjoy beverages from 20+ breweries and food from local food trucks as well as learn about ways to get involved with local organizations.

Tickets will go on sale to members Tuesday, May 17th and to the general public Thursday, May 19th.

➤ Designated Driver tickets are $10 and are available at the door only.

➤ If the event sells out in advance, DD tickets will still be available at the door.

➤ Must be 21 years or older, no children can attend.

➤ Last POUR will be 10 minutes prior to session end time. This means no samples will be poured after this time.

➤ No outside food or beverage, including pretzel necklaces which will be for sale inside.

➤ ID check will begin approximately 30 minutes prior to doors opening.

➤ Everyone who has their ticket, can proceed to the same entry line.
